dc.description.abstractУ статті розкривається методологічний підхід до формування професійної компетентності фахівця та визначено комплекс її базових складових. Виокремлено та проаналізовано сутність таких понять, як “професійні знання”, “професійні вміння”, “професійні навички”, що дозволило інтерпретувати їх як зміст і результат професійної підготовки, метою якої визначено гармонійний розвиток особистості працівника і формування його професійної компетентності та готовності до професійної діяльності. Доведено, що професійна компетентність не зводиться до набору знань, умінь, а визначає необхідність і ефективність їх застосування у реальній освітній практиці. Зʼясовано, що це поняття найчастіше розглядається не стільки з точки зору структури особистості професіонала, скільки з позицій оцінки якості професійної підготовки.
dc.description.abstract1The article reveals a methodological approach to the formation of professional competence of a specialist and defines a complex of its basic components. The essence of such concepts as “professional knowledge”, “professional skills”, “pro fessional skills”, which allowed them to be interpreted as the content and result of professional training, the purpose of which is determined by the harmonious development of the employeeʼs personality and the formation of his professional competence and readiness for professional activity. It is proved that professional competence is not reduced to a set of knowledge, skills, but deter mines the need and effectiveness of their use in real educational practice. It is found that this concept is most often considered not so much from the point of view of the structure of the professional personality, but from the standpoint of assessing the quality of professional training. It is updated that being an integrative entity, professional competence combines different in nature of the subsystem: professional orientation (needs, motives), value sphere, character, abilities, internal mental states and properties of a specialistʼs personality, sphere of professional knowledge and skills, etc. Characteristics of the concept of “professional competence” is carried out through the analysis of variational approaches to the concepts of “competence” and “competence”. It is substan tiated that the concept of “competence” is considered as an integral characteristic of the quality of personality preparation for a certain activity, which actualizes the pragmatic orientation of the educational process (practical application of knowledge and skills in different life and professional situations), instead the concept of “competence” is supplemented Topical manifestation of competence. The structure of professional competence distinguishes the activity (knowledge, skills, skills and ways of organizing activities) and communicative (knowledge, skills, skills and ways of pedagogical communication) components.
