dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена побудові алгоритму реалізації механізму сталого розвитку як необхідної умови його впровадження у практичну діяльність вітчизняних підприємств. Досліджено наукові підходи до побудови алгоритмів реалізації організаційно-економічного механізму, реалізації стратегії сталого розвитку тощо. Узагальнивши погляди вчених і застосувавши біономічний підхід, авторами запропоновано алгоритм реалізації механізму сталого розвитку як інструменту забезпечення реалізації місії та стратегічних цілей підприємства, який включає такі етапи: діагностика «захворювань» і наявних ресурсів та визначення короткострокових цілей, або постановка цілей та діагностика залежно від впливу факторів зовнішнього середовища та внутрішніх можливостей підприємства; визначення сценаріїв співвідношення складових сталого розвитку підприємства; обґрунтування інструментів забезпечення сталого розвитку; контроль за реалізацією механізму сталого розвитку; оцінка ефективності механізму сталого розвитку.
dc.description.abstract1The article is concerned with building the algorithm of implementation of the mechanism for sustainable development as necessary condition of its introduction into practical activity of national enterprises. Scientific approaches to building algorithms of implementation of an organizational-economic mechanism, implementation of a strategy of sustainable development, etc. are explored. Generalizing the views of scholars and applying the bionomic approach, the authors proposed their own algorithm of implementation of the mechanism for continuous development as an instrument to ensure the implementation of both mission and strategic objectives of enterprise, which includes the following stages: diagnosis of «disorders» and available resources, definition of the short-term goals or setting goals and diagnostics depending on the influence of factors of external environment and internal possibilities of enterprise; definition of scenarios of correlation of compo¬nents of sustainable development of enterprise; substantiation of the instru¬ments of ensuring the sustainable development; control over implementation of the sustainable development mechanism; evaluation of the efficiency of the mechanism for sustainable development.
