''Розвиток аутсорсингу, його переваги та можливості для підприємств в умовах цифровізації'' магiстерська робота на здобуття другого ступеня вищої освiти «магiстр». – Нацiональний унiверситет кораблебудування iменi адмiрала Макарова, м. Миколаїв, 2023. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретико-методологічних засад розвитку аутсорсингу, його переваг та можливостей для підприємств в умовах цифровізації. Об'єктом дослідження є процес розвитку аутсорсингу в умовах цифровізації. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти розвитку аутсорсингу в умовах цифровізації у Україні та світі. В квалiфiкацiйнiй роботi розкрито науково-теоретичні засади впливу розвитку аутсорсингу, його переваг, можливостей для підприємств в умовах цифровізації та під час воєнного стану; визначено тенденції вартісної динаміки ринку аутсорсингу в Україні та світі; проаналізовано провідних гравців аутсорсингових послуг на міжнародному та українському ринках; обґрунтовано стратегічні перспективи та напрями розвитку аутсорсингу; наведено правові аспекти регулювання договору аутсорсингу в Україні.

"Development of outsourcing, its advantages and opportunities for enterprises in conditions of digitalization" master's thesis for obtaining the second degree of higher education "master". – Admiral Makarov National Shipbuilding University, Mykolaiv, 2022. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of outsourcing, its advantages and opportunities for enterprises in the conditions of digitalization. The object of the study is the process of development of outsourcing in conditions of digitalization. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of the development of outsourcing in the conditions of digitalization in Ukraine and the world. In the qualification work, the scientific and theoretical foundations of the influence of outsourcing development, its advantages, opportunities for enterprises in the conditions of digitalization and during martial law are revealed; trends in the value dynamics of the outsourcing market in Ukraine and the world are determined; the leading players of outsourcing services on the international and Ukrainian markets were analyzed; strategic perspectives and directions of outsourcing development are substantiated; legal aspects of regulation of the outsourcing contract in Ukraine are given.
