dc.description.abstract1The essence of intellectual capital and the potential of the society is determine; mechanism of development of intellectual potential is structured; comparative analysis of relevant indicators of the development of higher education is conduct; factors of formation of the intellectual capital at regional level are designated; the comparative characteristic of indicators of system of the higher education of a number of areas of Ukraine is submitted; conclusions and suggestion on further development of system of the higher education are drawn.
