dc.description.abstract1There are presented dependencies of determination of the intensity of cyclic elastic-plastic strains in the stress raiser for the typical ship beam-web with bend of axis without a free flange. The mentioned dependencies were developed on basis of the appropriate static dependencies. The material is ideally plastic. It was proved that static and cyclic ranges are practically identical for the symmetric cycle of external moderate loading. This fact allowed to extend existing static dependencies.
