dc.description.abstractУ статті зазначено, що в сучасних соціально-освітніх умовах постає нагальна потреба розробки методик та нових підходів у викладенні та вивченні іноземної мови у закладах вищої освіти. Це питання виникає вже протягом багатьох років, але все ще залишається актуальним, недостатньо вивченим та систематизованим серед фахівців освітньої сфери. У цьому контексті зазначено, що мобільні додатки, застосунки, окремі веб-ресурси далеко не завжди можуть забезпечити виконання поставлених завдань та вирішення виникаючих проблем. Проаналізовано наукову літературу з даного питання та з’ясовано, що багатьма зарубіжними й вітчизняними дослідниками вивчаються особливості використання Google-сервісів, їх вплив на організацію освітнього процесу та на засвоєння студентами матеріалу. Тобто зроблено висновок про високий рівень зацікавленості фахівців цієї сфери в даному питанні. Окреслено мету статті, яка передбачає аналіз та систематизація особливостей та перспектив використання платформи Google з усіма доступними сервісами для більш ефективного викладення матеріалу та проведення занять під час вивчення у закладах вищої освіти іноземних мов, зокрема англійської. Перелічено досліджувані платформи, їх особливості та наведено відповідні джерела інформації, де викладено матеріал з приводу використання даних сервісів. Серед основних платформ проаналізовано можливості роботи з Gmail, Google Class, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Translate, Google Forms, Google Slides, Google Calendar. Окреслено особливості використання кожного із зазначених сервісів, описано можливості, які надає кожен сервіс. Окреслено переваги, які мають платформи, порівняно з іншими аналогічними сервісами. Наведено можливості поєднання функціоналу окремих послуг Google між собою та впровадження комплексної роботи з досліджуваними ресурсами. Зроблено висновок про необхідність подальшого дослідження перспектив використання сервісів для впровадження в навчальну роботу Google-сервісів, аналіз додаткових функцій платформ та ефективності комплексного застосування нових методик, які включають роботу з онлайн-послугами та додатками Google.
dc.description.abstract1The article states that in modern socio-educational conditions there is an urgent need to develop methods and new approaches to teaching and learning a foreign language in institutions of higher education. This question has been arisen for many years, but it still remains relevant, insufficiently studied and systematized among specialists in the field of education. In this context, it is stated that mobile applications and individual web resources are not always able to ensure the fulfillment of assigned tasks and the resolution of emerging problems. The scientific literature on this issue was analyzed and it was found that many foreign and native researchers are studying the specifics of using Google services, their impact on the organization of the educational process and on students’ assimilation of the material. That is, a conclusion was made about the high level of interest of specialists in this field in this issue. The purpose of the article is outlined, which involves the analysis and systematization of the features and prospects of using the Google platform with all available services for more effective presentation of material and conducting classes during studies in institutions of higher education of foreign languages, in particular English. The researched platforms, their features are listed, and relevant sources of information are given, where the material about the use of these services is presented. Among the main platforms, the possibilities of working with Gmail, Google Class, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Translate, Google Forms, Google Slides, Google Calendar were analyzed. The specifics of using each of the specified services are outlined, the possibilities provided by each service are described. The advantages of platforms compared to other similar services are outlined. Possibilities of combining the functionality of individual Google services with each other and implementing integrated work with the studied resources are presented. A conclusion was made about the need for further research into the prospects of using services for the introduction of Google services into educational work, analysis of additional functions of the platforms and the effectiveness of the complex application of new methods, which include work with online services and Google applications.
