Підкреслено вагомість розроблення стратегій регіонального розвитку, які включатимуть одним з головних аспектів ефективності такого розвитку – інноваційну діяльність.

The signs that are characteristic of management decisions of public authorities have been clarified. The importance of the development of regional development strategies, which will include one of the main aspects of the effectiveness of such development - innovative activity, is emphasized.
