dc.description.abstract1The potential and prospects of application of block-chain technology and smart contracts on the way of digital- ization of the port are considered. The main directions of blockchain integration into the port system are outlined, which will help to increase the efficiency of current processes and create new ones. It is determined that automation of document circulation and transactions, solving the issue of trust between contractors, creating a single open and secure database using smart contracts are some of the most promising blockchain implementations in port logistics.uk_UA
