dc.description.abstractРозвиток особистості завжди є складним індивідуальним процесом, а вибір індивідуального шляху є ключовим етапом у житті кожної людини. Мета даної статті – розглянути можливість використання моделі прогнозування розвитку людини для здійснення інформованих рішень щодо вибору шляху особистісного розвитку. У розгляді застосована методика, базуючись на вивченні ключових факторів впливу на розвиток особистості. Враховані такі аспекти, як освіта, внутрішні та зовнішні фактори, та особистість. З використанням аналізу даних з індивідуальних історій розвитку створена модель, що дозволяє передбачити можливий шлях особистісного розвитку на основі поєднання цих факторів. Виявлено взаємодію між різними факторами, що впливають на особистісний розвиток, і висвітлені можливості оптимізації цього процесу через своєчасне втручання та направлену підтримку. Наукова новизна даної роботи полягає в використанні інтегрованого підходу до аналізу факторів розвитку, що включає в себе не лише психосоціальні, а й освітні та професійні впливи. Для розширення аналізу та здобуття більш точних прогнозів використано методи машинного навчання. Зокрема, використані бібліотеки Python, такі, як Scikit-Learn та TensorFlow. Це дозволяє автоматизувати обробку великої кількості даних та враховувати їхні взаємозв'язки для покращення точності моделі. Результати розкривають нові можливості для розуміння та передбачення індивідуальних шляхів розвитку, що робить цю модель інноваційною у сфері наукових досліджень. Практична значимість даної моделі виявляється в можливості використання її в освітніх та кар'єрних консультаціях, а також у виборі програм та напрямків навчання. Застосування даної моделі може сприяти оптимізації особистісного розвитку, що, в свою чергу, призводить до підвищення ефективності та задоволення вибраним індивідуальним шляхом.
dc.description.abstract1Personality development is always a complex individual process, and choosing an individual path is a key stage in every person's life. The purpose of this article is to consider the possibility of using a human development forecasting model to make informed decisions regarding the choice of a path of personal development. The method used in the review is based on the study of key factors influencing personality development. Aspects such as education, internal and external factors, and personality are taken into account. Using the analysis of data from individual development stories, a model was created that allows predicting the possible path of personal development based on the combination of these factors. The interaction between various factors affecting personal development is revealed, and the possibilities of optimizing this process through timely intervention and directed support are highlighted. The scientific novelty of this work is the use of an integrated approach to the analysis of development factors, which includes not only psychosocial, but also educational and professional influences. Machine learning methods were used to expand the analysis and obtain more accurate forecasts. In particular, Python libraries such as Scikit-Learn and TensorFlow were used. This allows you to automate the processing of a large amount of data and take into account their relationships to improve the accuracy of the model. The results reveal new possibilities for understanding and predicting individual development paths, which makes this model innovative in the field of scientific research. The practical significance of this model is revealed in the possibility of using it in educational and career counseling, as well as in the choice of programs and areas of study. The application of this model can contribute to the optimization of personal development, which, in turn, leads to increased efficiency and satisfaction with the chosen individual path.
