dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена актуальній проблемі вищої освіти в умовах воєнного стану – використанню методу індивідуального підходу викладачами до студентів у закладах освіти України. На основі аналізу літератури з даного питання, по-перше, виявлено підвищений інтерес фахівців України до даної теми протягом останніх років. По-друге, висвітлено необхідність оперування цим методом сьогодні, а також виокремлено основні переваги та недоліки використання цього методу. Зазначено, що традиційна індивідуалізація навчання має певні відмінності від її індивідуалізації у заданих умовах. Розкрито основні способи та шляхи застосування індивідуалізації засвоєння навчального матеріалу здобувачами вищої освіти. Зокрема, наголошено на необхідності надання більше свободи студентам, структуруванні знань поряд із розширенням кола використовуваних ресурсів, мереж, платформ. Особливе значення надано альтернативі за такого навчання, не тільки можливості, а саме необхідності її впровадження у будь-яку освітню програму. Наголошено на необхідності брати до уваги умови перебування кожного студента на рівні із особистими здібностями та якостями здобувачів. Більш детально розкрито поняття «індивідуальної освітньої категорії», до якого поступово наближується сучасне дистанційне навчання. Наголошено на окремих особливостях методу саме в умовах воєнного стану. Висвітлено додаткові можливості та поради викладачам для підвищення ефективності навчання. Зазначено необхідні спеціальні умови, зумовлені сучасним станом, на які викладач має звертати увагу, та які теж є складовою індивідуального підходу в даному випадку. Звернено увагу на доцільність пробувати нові ресурси, а також довіряти безпосередньо здобувачам вищої освіти у питання використання інформаційних та комп’ютерних технологій. Зроблено висновки щодо практичності використання цього методу в умовах воєнного стану та важливості наведених особливостей.
dc.description.abstract1The article is devoted to the actual problem of higher education in the conditions of military law – the use of the method of individual approach by teachers to students in educational institutions of Ukraine. Based on the analysis of the literature on this issue, first of all, the increased interest of Ukrainian specialists in this topic in recent years has been revealed. Secondly, the necessity of using this method today is highlighted, as well as the main advantages and disadvantages of using this method are highlighted. It is noted that the traditional individualization of education has certain differences from its individualization in given conditions. The main methods and ways of applying the individualization of learning material by students of higher education are disclosed. In particular, it was emphasized the need to provide more freedom to students, structuring knowledge along with expanding the range of resources, networks, and platforms used. Special importance is given to the alternative for such training, not only the possibility, but the necessity of its implementation in any educational program. It is emphasized that it is necessary to take into account the conditions of each student's staying at the level with the personal abilities and qualities of the students. The concept of "individual educational category", which modern distance learning is gradually approaching, is revealed in more detail. Particular features of the method are emphasized in the conditions of military law. Additional opportunities and tips for teachers to increase the effectiveness of teaching are highlighted. The necessary special conditions determined by the current situation, which the teacher should pay attention to, and which are also a component of the individual approach in this case, are indicated. Attention was drawn to the expediency of trying new resources, as well as trusting higher education students directly in the matter of using information and computer technologies. Conclusions were made regarding the practicality of using this method in the conditions of military law and the importance of the given features.
