Сучасні особливості реалізації соціальної політики ЄС – кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття ступеня вищої освіти «бакалавр». – Національний університет кораблебудування імені адмірала Макарова, м. Миколаїв, 2023. У роботі висвітлено соціальну політику ЄС на комунітарному рівні, окреслено функції та розглянуто механізм реалізації соціальної політики ЄС. Проведений у роботі аналіз змісту і напрямів еволюції та генезису соціальної політики ЄС доводить, що нині фактично склалася європейська соціальна модель, яка увібрала в себе кращі досягнення національних моделей соціальної державності і функціонує на основі розвинутого соціального права ЄС. У ході дослідження викладено міркування щодо майбутнього європейської соціальної моделі, а саме: розглянуто принципи, на яких будується така модель зараз, а також проблеми, що виникають, та реформи які потрібно запровадити для їхнього вирішення. Внаслідок проведеного аналізу зовнішнього виміру соціальної політики ЄС та проблем розширення встановлено такі виклики для ЄС як різниця в рівнях життя країн Євросоюзу та нових країн-членів, погроза стабільності, втрата підтримки населення через необхідність фінансування нових країн-членів. Визначено соціальні проблеми в контексті відносин ЄС та України, такі як: нерозвинена економіка, недостатність реформ, потреба гармонізації законодавства з ЄС, високий рівень корупції, Україна як плацдарм для мігрантів, можливість масової міграції українців в ЄС. Проаналізовано як Україна вирішує ці проблеми, а також дано рекомендації в частині їх ефективного розв’язання, що, як наслідок, призведе до успішної інтеграції України в Європейський Союз.

Modern features of EU social policy implementation – qualifying work for obtaining the degree of higher education «bachelor». – Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, Mykolayiv, 2023. The work highlights the EU social policy at the communitarian level, outlines the functions and considers the mechanism of implementation of the EU social policy. The analysis of the content and directions of evolution and genesis of the EU social policy carried out in the work proves that a European social model has actually emerged, which has incorporated the best achievements of national models of social statehood and functions on the basis of the developed EU social law. The study outlines considerations regarding the future of the European social model, namely, the principles on which such a model is currently based, as well as the emerging problems and reforms that need to be introduced to address them. As a result of the analysis of the external dimension of the EU's social policy and the problems of enlargement, that identified such challenges for the EU as the difference in living standards between the EU and the new member states, the threat to stability, and the loss of public support due to the need to finance the new member states. We identify social problems in the context of EU-Ukraine relations, such as underdeveloped economy, lack of reforms, the need to harmonize legislation with the EU, high level of corruption, Ukraine as a springboard for migrants, and the possibility of mass migration of Ukrainians to the EU. The article analyzes how Ukraine is addressing these issues and provides recommendations for their effective resolution, which will lead to Ukraine's successful integration into the European Union.
