dc.description.abstractПламінський О. В. "Удосконалення підприємницької діяльності у медичній сфері". Кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня магістр за спеціальністю 073 "Менеджмент" – Національний університет кораблебудування імені адмірала Макарова, Миколаїв, 2022. Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена актуальним проблемам теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів підприємницької діяльності у медичній сфері. У роботі розглянуто сутність і зміст підприємницької діяльності у медичній сфері, конкурентні переваги приватного медичного закладу та особливості державного регулювання ринку приватної медицини. Проведено аналіз системи фінансування медичних закладів та проведена оцінка правового регулювання приватного сектора в охороні здоров’я України. Запропоновано механізм антикризового управління розвитку діяльності суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності у медичній сфері, який включає кластерний аналіз стану сфери охорони здоров’я, розробку та реалізацію заходів з ліквідації кризового стану, прогнозування розгортання кризи у сфері охорони здоров’я за групами показників та оцінку і реалізацію заходів з антикризового управління сферою охорони здоров’я, що сприятиме розвитку малого та середнього бізнесу, поліпшенню стосунків влади і підприємців, покращенню бізнес-середовища та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств. Розроблено науково-методичний підхід щодо впровадження інформаційно-аналітичної системи антикризового управління розвитком підприємницької діяльності у медичній сфері, що дозволить забезпечити зростання медичної ефективності через підвищення рівня задоволення потреб в медичній допомозі з найкращими результатами лікування та завдяки перевищенню доходів над витратами.

"Improvement of entrepreneurial activity in the medical sphere" Qualification work for obtaining the educational and qualification level of master in the specialty 073 "Management" – Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, Mykolaiv, 2022. The qualification work is devoted to topical problems of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of entrepreneurial activity in the medical field. The work examines the essence and content of entrepreneurial activity in the medical field, the competitive advantages of a private medical institution, and the peculiarities of state regulation of the private medicine market. An analysis of the financing system of medical institutions was carried out and an assessment of the legal regulation of the private sector in the health care of Ukraine was carried out. A mechanism for anti-crisis management of the development of business entities in the medical field is proposed, which includes a cluster analysis of the state of health care by regions of Ukraine by components, the development and implementation of measures to eliminate the crisis state, forecasting the unfolding of the crisis in the health care sector by groups of indicators and the evaluation and implementation of measures for anti-crisis management in the field of health care, which will contribute to the development of small and medium-sized businesses, the improvement of relations between the authorities and entrepreneurs, the improvement of the business environment and the increase of the competitiveness of domestic enterprises. A scientific-methodical approach has been developed for the implementation of an information-analytical system of anti-crisis management of the development of entrepreneurial activity in the medical field, which will allow to ensure an increase in medical efficiency due to an increase in the level of satisfaction of medical care needs with the best results of treatment, social efficiency due to an increase in the level of satisfaction of medical needs and economic efficiency due to the excess of income over expenses.
