dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено стан економічного розвитку соціально-орієнтованої економіки в сучасних ринковихі умовах при безперервному зростанні потреб споживачів таі конкурентній боротьбі за кращу позицію на ринкуі із забезпеченням інноваційної орієнтації підприємств, що сприяєі у довгостроковій перспективі економічному, соціальному та культурномуі зростанню країни. Наголошено, що більшість розвинутих державі обирає інтенсивний шлях розвитку, що забезпечується провідноюі роллю науково-технічного прогресу та накопиченню інтелектуальногоі капіталу. Проаналізовано поточний стан інноваційної діяльності ві країні. Представлені результати аналізу міжнародних інноваційних рейтингов. Проведено порівняння інноваційних показників України та держав, які активно реалізують свій інноваційний потенціал. Виявлено, що країни-лідери за спорідненими індексами займаютьі провідні позиції у рейтингу країн за рівнемі валового національного доходу на одну особу. Доведено, що існуючий фінансовий механізм стимулювання інноваційної діяльностіі України є достатньо пасивним, що відображається наі зменшенні частки обсягу реалізованої інноваційної продукції, повільнихі темпах впровадження нових технологій. Обґрунтовано значення інноваційногоі чинника розвитку країни для успішної інтеграції уі європейське економічне співтовариство.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1The article examines the state of economic development of socio-oriented economy in modern market conditions with sustainable growth of consumer needs and competition for a better position in the market with the provision of innovative orientation of enterprises, which contributes to long-term economic, social and cultural growth of the country. It has been emphasized that most developed countries choose an intensive development path, which is ensured by the leading role of scientific and technological progress and intellectual capital accumulation. The current state assessment of innovation activity in the country has been carried out. The results of the analysis of international innovative ranking have been presented. The comparison of innovative indicators of Ukraine and states that are actively realizing their innovative potential has been made. It has been revealed that the leading countries according to related indices occupy leading positions in the ranking of countries in terms of gross national income per capita. It has been proved that the existing financial mechanism for stimulating innovation activity in Ukraine is quite passive, which is reflected in reducing the share of sold innovative products, the slow pace of implementing new technologies, especially material and energy saving. The importance of the innovative factor of the country’s development for successful integration into the European Economic Community has been substantiated. The necessity of implementing innovations at the industrial enterprises of Ukraine has been considered. The analysis has shown that the most important aspect for maintaining a competitive position in today’s market is to increase the country’s innovation activity. In order to increase the efficiency of the entire scientific, technical and innovation system of Ukraine and implement effective reforms to overcome the negative phenomena in the economy, it has proposed in the article to improve the national anti-crisis strategy, one of the directions of which will be to increase the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy.uk_UA
