dc.description.abstractТрансформації в освітянській сфері висувають нові вимоги до якості освітніх послуг, що надаються вітчизняними закладами вищої освіти. Неоднозначність у тлумаченні природи управління якістю освітніх послуг обумовило мету роботи – розробка когнітивних ознак процесу управління якістю послуг у сфері вітчизняної вищої освіти, що дозволить опрацювати процеси менеджменту якості вищої освіти. При проведенні дослідження викор истано системний та ситуаційний підхід, а також когнітивні, концептуальні, евристичні методи, методи аналізу та синтезу. Об’єктом дослідження виступають процеси управління якістю освітніх послуг вітчизняних закладів вищої освіти, предметом дослідження є сутність, зміст та когнітивні особливості процесу управління якість освітніх послуг. В статті з’ясовано, що відповідно до міжнародних та національних стандартів формування та удосконалення якості освітніх послуг ЗВО відбувається за рахунок трьох основних підсистем: внутрішнього забезпечення якості, зовнішнього забезпечення якості та забезпечення незалежної діяльності Національного агентства з забезпечення якості вищої освіти та незалежних установ оцінювання. Встановлено, що першочерговою задачею аналіз у якості вищої освіти є виявлення чинників, які впливають на рівень розвитку людського, соціального й інтелектуального капіталу, що формується за допомогою інститутів вищої освіти. В роботі систематизовано основні напрями, методологічні і методичні підходи до аналіз у складних об’єктів, які передбачають наявність різних типів інформаційно-статистичних та аналітичних баз даних і метаданих щодо основних індикаторів якості вищої освіти. Визначено три типи класифікацій у ґрунтовному аналізі якості освітніх послуг: основні сфери реалізації освітніх послуг з урахуванням середовища існування соціуму; основні стейкхолдери, які зацікавлені у реалізації певних цілей закладів вищої освіти; основні види діяльності організації, які забезпечують реалізацію її ключових цілей і функцій. Сформульовано об’єкти аналізу якості освітніх послуг закладів вищої освіти на ринку праці: задоволеність споживачів; якість інституційного середовища; результативність діяльності; якість постачальників.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1Transformations in the educational field place new demands on the quality of educational services provided by domestic higher education institutions. The ambiguity in the interpretation of the nature of quality management of educational services has led to the purpose of the work – the development of cognitive features of the process of quality management services in the field of domestic higher education, which will allow to process the processes of quality management of higher education. The study used a systematic and situational approach, as well as cognitive, conceptual, heuristic methods, methods of analysis and synthesis. The object of the research is the quali ty management processes of educational services of domestic higher education institutions, the subject of the study is the nature, content and cognitive features of the process of quality management education services. T he article found that, in accordance with international and national standards, the formation and improvement of the quality of educational services in higher education institutions is at the expense of three main subsystems: internal quality assurance, external quality assurance, and indepe ndent activity of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education and independent institutions evaluation. It is established that the primary task of analyzing the quality of higher education is to identify the factors that influence the lev el of development of human, social and intellectual capital, which is formed with the help of institutions of higher education. The main systematic, methodological and methodological approaches to the analysis of the quality of higher education are systema tized, determined in accordance with the principles of quality management of educational services in the labor market and the methodology of analysis of complex objects, which presuppose the presence of different types of informat ion statistical and analyt ical databases and metadata. on the main indicators of higher education quality. There are three types of classifications identifiedin in a thorough analysis of the quality of educational services : the main are as of implementation of educational services, ta king into account the environment of the society; major stakeholders who are interested in achieving the specific goals of a higher education institution; basic activities of the organization that ensure the realization of its key goals and functions. Objects of analysis of quality of educational services of higher education institutions in the labor market are formulated: consumer satisfaction; the quality of the institutional environment; efficiency of activity; quality of suppliers.uk_UA
