| dc.description.abstract | Актуальність теми. Сучасні процеси інтернаціоналізації світового економічного розвитку не обходять жодну країну, яка стає чи є частиною світового господарства. Отже, зовнішньоекономічна діяльність – це одна з найбільш важливих та невід’ємних сфер економічної діяльності. Базою зовнішньоекономічної діяльності країни є її зовнішня торгівля, яка здійснюється у двох основних формах: експорт та імпорт. Вихід на будь-який зовнішній ринок – це тривалий і копіткий процес. Для вітчизняного виробника, що є важливим суб’єктом зовнішньоекономічних відносин, і для економіки в цілому експорт продукції та послуг дозволяє отримати нові можливості, розширення діяльності, збільшення прибутку. Але діяльність на зовнішніх ринках потребує більше зусиль. Підприємствам необхідно вдосконалювати технічні параметри виробництва, підвищувати продуктивність праці та якість продукції. Експортерам варто проаналізувати, чи готова їх компанія до експорту, обрати найперспективніші ринки, з’ясувати вимоги та правила на обраних ринках, знайти партнерів, обрати оптимальні для себе бізнес-моделі, вирішувати питання транспорту і логістики та пошуку шляхів зниження експортних ризиків. В даному процесі також важлива роль і участь держави. В економіці АПК – це сукупність ланок – галузей, підгалузей, виробничих підприємств, організацій, діяльність яких тісно пов’язана з виробництвом, зберіганням, транспортуванням, переробкою та збутом продукції. АПК формується на основі агропромислової інтеграції в умовах високого рівня розвитку продуктивних сил та усуспільнення виробництва. Його складовою частиною є інтеграційний продовольчий комплекс. Розвиток АПК має надзвичайно важливе значення для держави. Експорт української продовольчої продукції в умовах війни підкреслив роль держави у вирішенні глобальної продовольчої проблеми. Без сумніву, експортна діяльність і участь у світовому ринку для України і розвитку її економіки надзвичайно важливо. Проте, як ми вияснили, проблем в даному питанні також чимало. Отже, тема кваліфікаційної роботи важлива і актуальна. Дослідженням теоретичних питань експортного потенціалу, його нарощення, вдосконалення діяльності АПК займалися такі вітчизняні і зарубіжні науковці, як Савченко М.В., Хаджинов І.В., Завидовська А.О. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних основ формування та розвитку експортного потенціалу галузі, дослідження стану та тенденцій розвитку експортного потенціалу АПК України, обґрунтування ролі України на світовому ринку як функції від рівня розвитку експортного потенціалу АПК та пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності досліджуваної сфери. Для досягнення поставленої мети ми сформулювали та вирішили такі завдання: – визначити сутність, структура та значення експортного потенціалу держави та галузі; – пояснити структуру та значення АПК як важливої господарської системи України; – описати передумови формування та реалізації експортного потенціалу АПК України; – встановити сучасні тенденції виробництва та споживання продовольчих товарів у світі; – проаналізувати стан розвитку АПК України; – визначити основні тенденції розвитку експорту продукції АПК України; – пояснити суть проблеми та довести роль експортного потенціалу АПК України у вирішенні світової продовольчої кризи; – сформулювати стратегічні напрями розвитку експортного потенціалу продукції АПК України; – обґрунтувати реалізації експортного потенціалу шляхом зміцнення фінансової безпеки АПК України. Об’єктом дослідження є процес розвитку експортного потенціалу галузі. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних положень та практичних рекомендацій щодо формування, реалізації та використання експортного потенціалу АПК України. Теоретичну основу дослідження складають наукові, теоретичні висновки та узагальнення вітчизняних і зарубіжних вчених-економістів, що містяться у монографічній, спеціальній та періодичній літературі з питань розвитку експорту та його потенціалу в окремій галузі АПК держави. Методологічну основу дослідження склали методи наукової абстракції, аналізу, синтезу, логічного висновку, системного підходу тощо. Для вирішення певних завдань застосовувалися такі методи: монографічний – при вивченні літературних джерел, практики формування експортного потенціалу; теоретичне узагальнення, порівняння та аналогії – для розкриття сутності досліджуваних понять; абстрактно-логічний – для здійснення теоретичних узагальнень, формування висновків та їх обґрунтування; статистичні – для аналізу структури та динаміки експорту товарів та послуг АПК. Інформаційну базу дослідження складають законодавчі та нормативно-правові акти України, офіційні дані Державної служби статистики України, Національного банку України, Світового банку та ін. Структура і обсяг роботи. Кваліфікаційна робота складається з вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. Повний обсяг роботи – 68 сторінок. Робота містить 4 таблиці та 26 рисунків. Список використаних джерел налічує 56 найменування на 6 сторінках. | |

Therefore, foreign economic activity is one of the most important and integral spheres of economic activity. The basis of the country's foreign economic activity is its foreign trade, which is carried out in two main forms: export and import.Entering any foreign market is a long and painstaking process. For the domestic manufacturer, which is an important subject of foreign economic relations, and for the economy as a whole, the export of products and services allows obtaining new opportunities, expanding activities, and increasing profits. But activities in foreign markets require more effort. Enterprises need to improve the technical parameters of production, increase labor productivity and product quality. Exporters should analyze whether their company is ready for export, choose the most promising markets, find out the requirements and regulations in the selected markets, find partners, choose the best business models for themselves, solve the issues of transport and logistics, and find ways to reduce export risks. The role and participation of the state is also important in this process. In the agribusiness economy, it is a set of links – branches, sub-branches, production enterprises, organizations whose activities closely related to production, storage, transportation, processing and sales of products. The agro-industrial complex is formed on the basis of agro-industrial integration in conditions of a high level of development of productive forces and socialization of production. Its constituent part is an integration food complex. The development of agro-industrial complex is extremely important for the state. The export of Ukrainian food products during the war emphasized the role of the state in solving the global food problem. Without a doubt, export activity and participation in the world market are extremely important for Ukraine and the development of its economy. However, as we found out, there are also many problems in this matter. So, the topic of qualification work is important and relevant. Such domestic and foreign scientists as M.V. Savchenko, I.V. The purpose of the qualification work there is a study of the theoretical foundations of the formation and development of the export potential of the industry, a study of the state and trends in the development of the export potential of the agricultural industry of Ukraine, a justification of the role of Ukraine in the world market as a function of the level of development of the export potential of the agricultural industry, and proposals for improving the efficiency of the studied area. To achieve the set goal, we formulated and solved the following tasks: determine the essence, structure and value of the export potential of the state and the industry; to explain the structure and significance of the agro-industrial complex as an important economic system of Ukraine; to describe the prerequisites for the formation and implementation of the export potential of the agricultural industry of Ukraine; establish current trends in the production and consumption of food products in the world; to analyze the state of development of the agricultural industry of Ukraine; to determine the main trends in the development of the export of agricultural products of Ukraine; explain the essence of the problem and prove the role of the export potential of Ukraine's agricultural industry in solving the world food crisis; to formulate strategic directions for the development of the export potential of agricultural products of Ukraine; to substantiate the realization of the export potential by strengthening the financial security of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The object of research there is a process of developing the export potential of the industry. The subject of researchis a set of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations regarding the formation, implementation and use of the export potential of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The theoretical basis of the studycompile scientific, theoretical conclusions and generalizations of domestic and foreign scientists-economists, contained in monographic, special and periodical literature on issues of export development and its potential in a separate branch of the agricultural sector of the state. The methodological basis of the research was the methods of scientific abstraction, analysis, synthesis, logical conclusion, system approach, etc. The following methods were used to solve certain tasks: monographic – when studying literary sources, practices of export potential formation; theoretical generalization, comparison and analogies - to reveal the essence of the studied concepts; abstract-logical – for making theoretical generalizations, forming conclusions and their justification; statistical – to analyze the structure and dynamics of exports of agricultural products and services. Research information baselegislative and normative legal acts of Ukraine, official data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine, the World Bank, etc. are compiled. Structure and scope of work. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, and a list of used sources. The full volume of the work is 68 pages. The work contains 4 tables and 26 figures. The list of used sources includes 56 names on 6 pages. | |
