| dc.description.abstract | У статті висвітлено природу дуальної освіти, яка впродовж тривалого часу застосовується в країнах з розвиненою індустріальної культурою та поважним ставленням до підприємництва. Підкреслено, що зростання її ролі відбувається на тлі поглиблення процесів, викликаних четвертою промисловою революцією. Вона створила феномен конкурентної боротьби за робочі місця між людьми та кіберфізичними системами, що набувають дедалі більшої популярності у гонитві бізнесу за прискоренням та здешевленням процесів створення вартості, а також підвищенням якості виробі й послуг. Окреслено соціальні групи, які найбільше від цього потерпатимуть. Доведено, що серед інструментів буферізації негативних наслідків панування штучного інтелекту чинне місце посідає технологія дуалізації освіти. Наведено авторське бачення щодо її суб’єктів та завдань, які постають перед кожним з них. Систематизовано наймовірніші вигоди, які несе з собою імплементація дуальної освіти. | |
| dc.description.abstract1 | The nature of dual education, which has long been used in countries with a developed industrial culture and was in respect for entrepreneurship is clarified in article. It is emphasized that the growing role of dual education occur on the background of the processes caused by the fourth industrial revolution, which is favored by business and governments. It has been identified risks that accompany it. The main one is the phenomenon of competition for jobs between people and cyberphysical systems, which are gaining popularity in the pursuit of enterprises to accelerate and reduce the cost of value creation processes, improving the quality of goods. The social groups that suffer the most from this are the next outlined: employees engaged in routine operations; graduates of educational institutions without relevant practical skills; educational institutions that have failed to adapt educational and professional programs to the latest requirements and demands. It is proved that among the tools of buffering the negative consequences of the dominance of artificial intelligence, the technology of dualization of education occupies an important place. The substantiation concerning its definition, bases of introduction are resulted. The composition of the subjects of the dual education system, the relationship between them, as well as the tasks facing public authorities and local governments, employers, recipients of educational services, higher education institutions are outlined. The most expectable economic benefits of the implementation of dual education are systematized. They obviously coincide with expectations from the consequences of technological transformations, and therefore dual education does not contradict, but complements them. High-quality professional competencies acquired through dual education are able to protect a person from the risks of being in the labor market without the hope of employment, which corresponds to his idea of a decent professional and personal life. In this, in addition to economic, there is also an important social effect of the use of dual education. | |
